The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of core business processes for the EPS Operations team. You’ll be the linchpin connecting Sales, Implementation, and Billing, ensuring our critical Ensenta platform projects move efficiently from contract to revenue.
Your work will include reviewing customer contracts, setting up and assigning implementation projects, maintaining data integrity within our CRM system, and triaging incoming operational cases. You’ll also contribute to special projects focused on improving overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX;
Lenexa, KS;
Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
The salary range for this position is $48,350- $69,550 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you’ll be responsible for:- Streamlining the Sales‑to‑Implementation handoff for Ensenta platform projects, including thorough review of executed customer contracts and/or Sales Notices for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Conducting regular CRM data audits to ensure Ensenta products are accurately reflected within Customer Relationship Management systems and that data integrity is maintained.
- Partnering with Implementation and Billing teams to ensure customers are invoiced accurately and promptly upon project completion.
- Managing intake and execution of assigned tasks for active customers within defined SLAs.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation to support operational consistency.
- Collaborating with BU counterparts to identify process improvement opportunities to synchronize processes, ensuring a like experience for internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Developing, maintaining, and distributing reports to designated teams for KPI tracking and capacity planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support operational objectives.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical support setting.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully preform the essential functions of the job.
- Foundational knowledge or experience in relevant areas (e.g., researching and writing reports, documenting processes, project, or event execution).
- Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A process driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for clear cross functional collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively under strict deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with or knowledge of various JHA products and services.
