• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Proven experience in leading Infrastructure & Operations at a senior level within mid‑or large‑sized organizations
• Deep expertise in AI infrastructure, including technical knowledge of data processing and cloud solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients

• Experience with AI use cases and infrastructure requirements across various industries
• Strong business and financial acumen, including TCO models and ROI analyses for large‑scale AI investments
• Subject matter expert with experience presenting at industry conferences and events
• Ability to work in a multicultural global team and navigate highly matrixed environments
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
