Creator

IQ’s Solutions Consultants (SCs) are strategic advisors who play a critical role in the sales cycle. Blending technical expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling, SCs partner cross‑functionally to design end‑to‑end solutions that map directly to a customer’s business goals.

SCs are the product expert in the room—trusted by prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders alike—to articulate clear business value and guide complex buying decisions.

• Partner with Sales to lead discovery and uncover customer goals, current state, and future vision
• Design and deliver tailored, value‑driven product demonstrations, custom workshops, and white‑glove trials that align to each customer’s business objectives
• Develop compelling presentations and customer‑specific collateral
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brands and campaigns
• Partner with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to develop strategic, timely, and high‑quality RFP/RFI responses
• Maintain deep expertise in Creator
  
  IQ’s platform, integrations, and new product updates
• Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from operational teams to C‑suite executives, tailoring the message to each level

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre‑sales role (SaaS preferred)
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders from practitioners to C‑suite executives
• Strong storyteller and presenter, able to translate technical capabilities into clear executive‑level business value
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or selling to enterprise marketing/brand teams is a plus
• Methodical and detail‑oriented in preparation and execution
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast‑paced sales cycles
• Collaborative team player with high ownership and accountability
• Motivated to develop deep expertise in Creator
