Our client, a leading organization in the federal government contracting sector, is seeking a dedicated Procurement Sr. Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Procurement Sr. Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Procurement Department supporting various programs. Procurement Sr. Analyst

• Perform comprehensive procurement administration duties supporting pre-award and post-award activities.
• Collaborate with programs, compliance teams, and suppliers to execute procurement actions aligned with policies and procedures.
• Support the issuance of RFPs, conduct price analysis, and assemble documentation for procurement awards and modifications.
• Maintain procurement records, ensure compliance with CPSR standards, and manage SharePoint sites.
• Contribute to high-volume transactions while monitoring demand and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of procurement activities.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience within a Federal Government contracting environment, working with Cloud, Hardware, and Software suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Skype.
• Basic knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Public Law requirements related to procurement agreements.
