$50–$58/hour, W2, 3-Month, Remote Contract Opportunity with a strong chance of extension

Del Oro Consulting, a trusted consulting partner with 20 plus years of experience supporting top-tier technology clients, is seeking a Finance Program Manager to support one of our enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, highly dynamic environments with multiple work streams and shifting priorities. • Drive coordination across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Facilitate program meetings, cross-functional touchpoints, stakeholder reviews, and enablement sessions
• Own meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through and accountability
• Maintain core program documentation (roadmaps, risks, decisions) and produce clear, concise status reports and stakeholder readouts
• Manage integrated Smartsheet schedules, surfacing dependencies and escalating blockers to protect milestones and the critical path
• Partner with Change Management and Training teams to keep job aids, training materials, and communication assets aligned with scope and release timelines; support traceability tracking, uploads, and follow-ups

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience
• 5+ years of experience in finance program management, project management, or cross‑functional coordination roles
• Proven ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments while driving clarity, structure, and alignment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including engaging distributed teams, driving alignment across cross‑functional groups, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with collaboration and program tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, Asana, or similar

  Must work PST business hours
• Contract Details: $50–$58/hour, 3‑month W2 contract
