Overview: Responsible for driving the company’s continued growth and carrying the sales targets for Toxicology, DMPK, and Bioanalytical service offerings from the Laboratory Testing Division. These services encompass services at the discovery, development, and clinical stages. Serves as the primary commercial point of contact for the Division with key pharmaceutical and biotech stakeholders and decision-makers, as well as key opinion leaders.
Please note that the location of this job is work from home, preferably in Germany, or anywhere else within Europe. Also, we will hire at the Senior BD Manager or BD Manager level, depending upon the individual's qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Source, close and support IND and NDA services deals with existing and new clients in the Pharma & Biotech market.
- Identify regional pockets with the highest growth potential and execute accordingly.
- Execute local marketing and product launch programs in conjunction with the corporate product management and marketing team.
- Create new opportunities and develop new relationships to expand and grow our customer base.
- Effectively and professionally communicates with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidate should be open to coaching and mentoring of effective techniques and sales strategies.
- Continually monitor progress towards the objectives of the strategy.
- Responsible for creating and managing all aspects of the customer relationship.
- Proactively works to optimize the tracking and recording of business opportunities and progress towards KPIs, via Salesforce. Expected to utilize Salesforce, daily, to record call activity and manage the sales pipeline.
- This position may require travel by airplane and/or car up approximately 40% of the year. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.

Technical Skills / Knowledge:
- Demonstrates expertise in integrated service offerings of the Laboratory Testing Division at Wuxi App Tec
- Ability to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with key Pharma & Biotech stakeholders and decision makers, key opinion leaders.
- Demonstrates expertise in market-specific environments like market specific trends, regulatory frameworks and legal boundaries, competitive landscapes, influential medical societies, etc.

Qualifications
Experience / Education:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience acquiring and developing key accounts and driving top-line CRO, Pharma, Biotech services revenue growth, through collaboration or independent efforts in a territory.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Science fields; MBA, M.S., or PhD from Life Science field a plus.
- International business or cross-cultural experience, ability to work with international teams
