• Strategize, build, and implement product plans for California's property insurance market
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure wildfire mitigation programs are operationally scalable
• Actively influence state policy and regulatory discussions related to wildfire mitigation
• Represent the employer in public forums and trade associations to promote property insurance solutions
• Supervise product performance, including retention and quality of the book of business

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing and product strategy
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In‑depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and competitive landscape

• Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring or community service
• Proven ability to think beyond departmental boundaries and contribute to broader business goals
• Experience in change management concepts and practices
• Willingness to travel for meetings and relationship‑building opportunities
