• Develop and implement strategic product plans for California Property insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance wildfire mitigation programs and ensure operational scalability
• Influence state policy and industry standards related to wildfire risk and market sustainability
• Represent the employer in public forums and trade associations to advocate for practical insurance solutions
• Supervise product performance metrics, including retention, quality, and claims trends

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in personal lines P&C insurance
• Experience in state product management, analytical, or product strategy roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

• Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring and volunteering
• Proven track record of influencing change and leading cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience in public policy engagement related to insurance and risk management
• Ability to think beyond departmental boundaries and demonstrate a company ownership mindset
• Willingness to travel for team meetings and other high‑impact events
