What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement strategic product plans for California Property insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations

  • Influence state policy and industry standards related to wildfire risk and market sustainability

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in personal lines P&C insurance
  • Experience in state product management, analytical, or product strategy roles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability
