• Associate’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, data science, data analytics, statistics, or a similar field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in reporting, trend analysis, and data visualization
• Proficient knowledge of Power
  
  BI, Excel, and Power Point
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly payroll accounting
• Solid business skills, problem-solving capabilities, and technical aptitude
• High-energy, can-do attitude
