The Best Connection Redditch are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager for our long time client in Redditch.

Our client UK and global logistics team include specialists experienced in almost every aspect of Worldwide logistics , are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager . Shift required:
The hours of work are Monday

  • Friday, 08:30am - 05:30pm Remote working available (Required 1 day in the office per week)

    Skills & Experience required:

    Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market with at least 5 years continued experience with specialist knowledge of Airfreight Dangerous Goods by Air & Road Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth logistics environment New business success Excellent negotiating skills Proven ability to grow accounts within the logistics market place through increased engagement and identifying opportunities.

Duties will include:
Promote all services offered by our Client Source new clients through cold calling Achieve new monthly business targets & KPI's within contract term Maintaining and recording accurate data within the CRM on a daily/weekly basis Ensuring that the appropriate KPI measures are in place to ensure we meet our contract / SLA customer commitments and to enable internal monitoring of the customer's performance against the Account plan Introduce (as appropriate) the full range of our Client propositions to customers Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with all customers Effectively communicate with the customers to drive both continued revenue, profit growth and increased engagement Working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI adherence Establishing key contacts, relationships and connections across the wider sector Developing a deep understanding of the customer's business including group and extended opportunities, competitive influences on the business, networking Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Limited include:
