• Plan and scope inter-related initiatives with senior-level stakeholders to prioritize projects
• Lead meetings with business and technology partners to document complex business requirements
• Collaborate with the Business Process Management team to create detailed, development-ready requirements
• Facilitate team discussions to create process flows and identify opportunities for efficiency
• Perform end-user testing and training tasks, ensuring all scenarios are properly tested

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of eight years of experience in business analysis, process management, or agile development
• Prior experience with software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall
• Strong knowledge of process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts or Visio
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional certifications in relevant fields
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts such as client-server, web applications, and/or cloud architecture
