What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as a liaison between the employer and dealers, addressing dealer activities and issues
  • Manage dealer relationships, including support coordination, dealer recommendations, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to assist dealers in achieving goals
  • Provide assistance in managing customer and business situations encountered by dealers
  • Conduct training for dealers on sales, service, and product knowledge to enhance their performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business/Mechanization with a minimum of three years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the agricultural equipment industry and management preferred
  • Increased knowledge of heavy agricultural equipment and understanding of market trends
  • Strong management skills in dealer operations, including sales goals and inventory management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the agricultural equipment industry
  • Knowledge of basic mechanics and technology related to heavy agricultural equipment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with dealers and customers
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools
