• Manage and optimize the ticketing system, addressing recurring issues and enhancing efficiency
• Take ownership of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal resources, ensuring they align with company goals
• Provide cross‑team training and mentorship to standardize best practices and elevate operational effectiveness
• Deliver global client support and manage stakeholder relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery

• Several years of experience in regional or global payroll operations with a strong understanding of global payroll best practices
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative approach to managing teams
• Proficiency in payroll software tools such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with an analytical mindset
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced international environment
• Demonstrated initiative in making informed decisions and resolving complex challenges
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack for cross‑functional engagement
