About the roleAs an Account Executive, you are the face of this HRtech scale-up towards Belgian companies. Your mission is to show employers how compensation can truly work for their people.
You own the entire sales cycle, from first conversation to signed deal, working with a sales playbook that you actively help improve. You represent the company at HR events across Belgium and tell the story to organisations ready to rethink their compensation strategy.
Together with the sales team, you contribute directly to the growth of the Belgian customer base within your segment and help companies give employees more control over their salary.
About youOur client is looking for entrepreneurial account executives who want to help shape a strong growth story.
You might be a great fit if you are:
- Passionate about sales, while still critical enough to challenge and improve existing processes
- Experienced, with 2+ years in a relevant sales role
- Comfortable acting as an ambassador for a fast-growing HRtech scale-up in Belgium
- Proactive, pragmatic, and a true go-getter who learns from mistakes and keeps sharpening their skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
