About This Job

This position is for someone who is interested in energy and real estate and wants to be a part of a fast growing, hungry company. The person is naturally tenacious and relentless in anything they do. They are a highly motivated self‑starter that enjoys working in a results‑oriented environment. They are excited to hunt for new business and appreciate the challenge of learning a new industry/role and the opportunity to grow within a company.

Objectives

of this Role
  • Set exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients to source opportunities for our VP of Sales.
  • Learn about the commercial real estate and energy procurement industries.
Daily And Monthly Responsibilities
  • Grow your network to create more new customer opportunities.
  • Qualify companies to see if they are a good fit for our target market.
  • Make 350+ cold calls per week.
  • Cold email prospective customers.
  • Book 2–3 meetings per week.
  • Sit in on exploratory meetings with your VP of Sales.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Highly competitive.
  • Ability to work independently / self‑motivated.
