Turing is seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in sales management, business development, or account leadership within the wholesale or distribution sectors. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience in B2B operations, supplier coordination, and client relationship management at the level expected for experienced sales or business development managers.
Role Overview- In this role, you will work on projects that help fine‑tune and improve large language models (LLMs) using your knowledge of sales strategy, wholesale trade, and business operations.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you explore how AI can enhance sales forecasting, customer engagement, and decision‑making in B2B environments.
- Design and solve real‑world wholesale and business development scenarios to test AI reasoning and decision logic.
- Write structured, detailed solutions for client acquisition, negotiation, supplier management, and revenue forecasting.
- Evaluate AI‑generated responses for accuracy, business insight, and relevance to wholesale and distribution practices.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of B2B sales cycles, market analysis, and channel management.
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, distribution, or B2B sales.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, pricing strategies, and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and reasoning skills.
- Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project).
