Position SummaryThe Lead Facilitator role is responsible for delivering engaging, best in class trainings to Revenue Team new hires and existing employees on key supply chain topics, methodology pre and post-sale, and SPS product and tool training to level up our Sales and Customer Success teams. As a Lead Facilitator, this role will have the opportunity to refine their facilitation techniques (transitions, storytelling, etc.)
to effectively communicate critical training content, while incorporating their unique style and personality.
- Deliver engaging trainings across classroom and online environments (primarily in person).
- Maintain a strong understanding of the SPS business model, key players, value chains, personas, and core business challenges.
- Model commitment to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.
- Improve training effectiveness by integrating support into routine job functions and providing ongoing mentorship, coaching, and facilitation best practices.
- Translate complex product and technology updates into clear, relevant training materials, equipping Revenue employees to confidently communicate with non-technical audiences.
- Act as project manager for the architecture and execution of training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and methodology.
- Influence, advise, and align with leaders, advocates, and key stakeholders to drive adoption and results.
- Remain current on markets, regulations, and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and organizational impact.
- Demonstrate innovation, urgency, and hands-on accountability with an unwavering commitment to empowering SPS employees.
Where You'll Work: This role is hybrid with regular in-office presence out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. WeSucceed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You'll Bring- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- • 7+ years related experience in a corporate training environment
- • Direct experience supporting a complex Revenue organization
- • Ability to adjust training techniques to accommodate various learning styles
- • Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams
- • Must be a dynamic speaker with proven ability to ensure participants are engaged
- • Strong leadership ability to motivate teams and produce quality results
- Experience working in a technology organization and a high growth environment
- Highly organized and outcome-driven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while working on concurrent projects and juggling multiple priorities

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $95,800 - $125,800. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
