What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build and optimize our go-to-market engine. You'll be the architect behind the systems, processes, and data insights that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale efficiently. You'll ensure alignment across the revenue funnel, bring clarity through analytics, and leverage AI and automation to help us move faster.
What You’ll Do- Funnel Strategy & Alignment – Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue funnel, driving systematic alignment between Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Process Innovation – Design and implement scalable processes and automation to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Data & Analytics – Build dashboards, and provide insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions.
- Tech Stack Management – Lead administration and optimization of CRM and Rev Ops tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Apollo, Tableau).
- Enablement – Partner with GTM leaders to ensure reps have the training, playbooks, and resources to succeed.
- Forecasting & Planning – Improve forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability through better data hygiene, pipeline analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Cross-Functional Partnership – Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure GTM alignment with company strategy.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B or SMB environment.
- Strong CRM and Rev Ops tech stack expertise (Hub Spot, docu
Sign, Apollo). - Proven ability to use AI/automation to improve processes (e.g., workflow automation, predictive analytics, AI-driven lead scoring).
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tool experience - specifically in Tableau.
- Excellent communicator who can influence leadership and align stakeholders across functions.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
- A bias for action, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Hub Spot Admin Certification
- Experience with adjacent tools such as Salesforce, Zoom Info, Clay, etc.
- Experience working in a remote Startup environment
