Position Summary

As a Senior Revenue Manager
, you’ll lead strategy and performance for a portfolio of short-term rental properties, serving as both analyst and advisor. You’ll own revenue outcomes end-to-end, configuring pricing tools, interpreting data trends, and crafting strategies that outperform the market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, finds satisfaction in mastering complex systems, and takes pride in turning data into decisive action. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor of each client’s business - balancing analytical precision with clear, confident communication.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end revenue strategy and dynamic pricing across diverse short-term rental portfolios.
  • Configure and optimize leading RMS tools (Price Labs, Wheelhouse, Beyond) to drive NOI and long-term performance.
  • Analyze pacing, market data, and booking velocity to anticipate opportunities before competitors react.
  • Deliver monthly performance reviews with clarity, transparency, and insight - translating data into confident business decisions.
  • Continuously refine pricing layers (minimum stays, discounts, fees) aligned with portfolio and market goals.
  • Build enduring, trust-based partnerships through proactive communication and a commitment to measurable impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data and product teams to refine automation, enhance reporting, and fuel innovation.
  • Challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of shifting market conditions.
  • Uphold Pacer’s values by delivering consistent, measurable impact and treating every PM Partner's business as if it were your own.

Note:

This is not a large-chain hotel revenue management role. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the short-term rental (STR) or boutique hotel space - people who understand dynamic pricing, localized strategy, and owner-level impact.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management for vacation rentals, STRs, or boutique hotels.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Advanced proficiency with leading Revenue Management Systems (RMS) such as Price Labs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or Rev Max.
  • Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty, Hostaway, Streamline, or Track (other modern PMS experience is a plus).
