This is a contract hybrid role for a Senior Management Consultant, based in Lugano with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Management Consultant will work closely with clients to identify challenges, design strategic solutions, and implement business process improvements. Core responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses, offering actionable recommendations, and managing key consulting projects to ensure successful outcomes.

• Strong expertise in Management Consulting and Consulting practices
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process optimization
• Solid understanding of Finance and its application in strategic decision-making
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience working with global clients and diverse teams
