WhatWe're Looking For
In keeping with Strategic Site Selection’s Mission to provide The Best Site Selection Experience, we are looking for two Client Services Coordinators who support the House Account Team (a group of Account Managers) and our Directors, throughout various stages of the site selection process, while ensuring an impeccable client experience along the way.
Responsibilities- Actively support the KAMs (and Directors) in ways that optimize procedures;
- Assist with various stages of the sales cycle; checking in with clients pre, during and post-program as needed and assigning/actioning various tasks such as monitoring pickup, initiating, and managing relevant partner referrals, and tracking/inputting data into CRM Salesforce;
- Assist by creating RFPs, accurately summarizing hotel proposals, researching destinations, venues, and hotels as needed using Cvent;
- Organize and create Site Inspection Itineraries (travel & accommodation);
- Assist with reviewing contracts as needed; help negotiate guestroom rates, meeting space, terms, and liabilities with the hotels;
- Answer and respond to telephone calls, emails, inquiries, and other requests from suppliers (and clients as needed) in a professional and timely manner;
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as needed;
- Maintain CRM, including data input, updating contact info, digital filing, etc.;
- Assist with creating and improving tools and resources used by the House Account Team, adding value by contributing to the overall betterment of templates, procedures, etc;
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience is delivered throughout every step of the site selection process, and beyond;
- Occasionally attend site inspections, off site supplier meetings and industry events (this position is associated with some travel);
- The position will be ever developing as the organization grows.
- Post-Secondary Diploma in relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education;
- +2 years experience in the meetings and events and/or hotel industry in a similar role;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel;
Salesforce and Cvent experience an asset; - Strong attention to detail;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to recognize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
- Exceptional customer service, follow through, attention to detail and timely responses for customers;
- Proven ability to work well both in a team and independently;
- Excellent communication both written and orally.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent, Remote (with occasional travel). Candidates should be located in ON, BC, or AB.
Salary Range: $50,000-$57,500
