In less than 15 minutes per month, our clients will

• Clearly understand their financial position
• Understand the top 3-5 issues facing their business from a financial perspective
• Have a plan of action to address those issues
• Understand the non-issues they don’t have to worry about

All of this can be accomplished for the clients without them ever having to open a set of financial statements (which they likely don’t understand, anyway),

We outsource accounting departments for service-based businesses between $2mm and $15mm in revenue. While we handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and controllership function for our clients, we stand apart through our:

• Data visualization
• Deep dive financial analytics and insights
• Prioritization of critical issues
• Translation of “accounting speak” into entrepreneurial language making it understandable and actionable for the entrepreneur.

Preference will be given to candidates who have an accounting background

As our Inbound Sales Rep
, you’ll own the client journey from first inquiry through onboarding and early relationship management.

This includes:

• Responding to and managing all inbound leads
• Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and fit
• Leading solution-focused conversations and demos
• Preparing and presenting proposals with clear pricing and expectations
• Ensuring only right-fit clients move forward
• Proactively checking in with new clients and managing expectations
• Identifying risks, concerns, or confusion early and addressing them
• Maintaining clean CRM data, follow-ups, and documentation
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Onboarding, Accounting, and Ops teams
• Periodically checking in with clients to ensure clients feel confident working with Shift
• Issuing bi-annual NPS campaigns
