What You’ll Be DoingAs our Inbound Sales Rep
, you’ll own the client journey from first inquiry through onboarding and early relationship management.
This includes:
- Responding to and managing all inbound leads
- Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and fit
- Leading solution-focused conversations and demos
- Preparing and presenting proposals with clear pricing and expectations
- Ensuring only right-fit clients move forward
- Proactively checking in with new clients and managing expectations
- Identifying risks, concerns, or confusion early and addressing them
- Maintaining clean CRM data, follow-ups, and documentation
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Onboarding, Accounting, and Ops teams
- Periodically checking in with clients to ensure clients feel confident working with Shift
- Issuing bi-annual NPS campaigns
