Bookings & Account Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Bookings & Account Manager to join a growing UK-based cleaning and facilities business specialising in tenancy and construction cleaning services.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the commercial heartbeat of the department — bridging the gap between clients and operational teams. While cleaning crews deliver excellence on-site, you will ensure every client interaction is seamless, professional, and relationship-focused.
This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. Instead, it centres on nurturing existing relationships, converting inbound enquiries, identifying upselling opportunities, and optimising booking schedules to maximise growth and client satisfaction. If you thrive in a client-facing, detail-oriented environment and enjoy combining sales strategy with operational coordination, this role offers long-term growth within a forward-thinking UK business.
