Senior Product Manager, Commerce - AI & Platform; Remote - East Coast

• Own architecture decisions for authentication, APIs, and payment systems
• Ship features that significantly reduce partner integration time
• Build products for both internal teams and external B2B partners while prioritizing effectively
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to ship AI features that meet partner needs
• Manage the full product lifecycle from identifying opportunities to shipping and iterating

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in B2B or platform products
• Experience designing APIs and SDKs, with a strong understanding of their adoption and stability
• Proven ability to build and launch products from scratch
• Proficiency in SQL and A/B testing for data‑driven decision‑making
• Familiarity with AI APIs and the ability to articulate AI limitations

• Experience shipping products without large budgets or design teams
• Regular engagement with customers to gather feedback for prioritization
• Ability to write clear documentation and present to executives effectively
• Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and their integration into products
• Strong prioritization skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
