• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing or product strategy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In‑depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
• Experience in motivating and influencing others at all levels
• Demonstrated commitment to company culture through mentoring and volunteering
• Ability to travel as needed for enterprise meetings and team events
• Strong consultative leadership orientation
