• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
