Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. College degree is preferred but not required. Must be organized, proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be a self-starter with strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills. Previous sales support, customer service, and project management experience are preferred.
Summary Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, with emphasis on Private Label business. Acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to support order execution, product setup, packaging development, and issue resolution. This is a full-time, partially remote position.
Essential Functions- Support customer requests related to orders, inventory, transportation issues, deductions, and On-Time/In-Full (OTIF) reporting and coordinate resolution internally.
- Process weekly coupon clearinghouse invoices and related reporting.
- Support new item launches by coordinating item setup communications, customer forms, samples, and product specifications.
- Manage customer portals and syndicated data platforms (e.g., 1
World Sync, Syndigo) to maintain accurate pricing, packaging specs, and required documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for private label packaging development with retailers and design partners.
- Coordinate specifications, timelines, proof approvals, and required packaging documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate resolution of QA concerns, ensuring outcomes are communicated to customers.
- Provide required customer documentation including audit reports, certificates, and insurance materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, QA, R&D, Accounting, and external partners to support business objectives.
- Source competitive product samples for internal review as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and meet assigned schedules and deadlines.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
