Collections Vendor Manager

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day performance of external vendors responsible for collections services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor performance with the employer's strategic objectives
• Ensure agency partners deliver a personalized and effective borrower experience
• Track vendor performance using established KPIs and compliance with service level agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to foster open communication and alignment with goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in collections, servicing, or vendor management in financial services
• Proven ability to manage vendor performance against defined KPIs and quality standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics and make recommendations
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear communication with vendors and stakeholders

• Experience with international travel for onsite vendor visits and operational assessments
• Background in launching or expanding collections operations, including first-party teams or third-party partnerships
