• Lead strategic initiatives for profitable growth in California Auto, managing business planning and performance monitoring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management, analytical, product specialist, or market generation roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In-depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to respect diverse backgrounds through effective communication
• Active participation in shaping company culture, such as mentoring and volunteering
• Proven track record in change management and motivating teams
• Willingness to invest extra time to fulfill business needs and support other teams
