- Prior experience in state product management, analytical, product specialist, or market generation roles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- In-depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability
- Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
- Demonstrated ability to respect diverse backgrounds through effective communication
- Active participation in shaping company culture, such as mentoring and volunteering
- Proven track record in change management and motivating teams
- Willingness to invest extra time to fulfill business needs and support other teams
