Position: Implementation Consultant (Group Benefits) – Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as a Group Insurance Subject Matter Expert, leading case reviews, system setup, and risk management
  • Drive project and process improvements, contributing to system design and optimization efforts
  • Act as the primary contact for Policyholders and Brokers during implementation, managing all related processes
  • Resolve inquiries and escalated issues, fostering positive customer experiences through effective communication
  • Mentor new team members, support training efforts, and promote team accountability for service goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment
  • Thorough knowledge of Group Insurance products, systems, and distribution channels
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Previous mentoring or training experience
  • Ability to adapt to and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
