Payroll Lead

• Act as a subject matter expert for the country, ensuring compliance and best practices in payroll
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, approvals, and payments
• Maintain data integrity and quality while focusing on KPIs and SLAs
• Mentor and support payroll specialists, providing guidance and backup during manager absences

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficiency in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
• A productivity-oriented mindset, always looking to improve processes
