• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, including products and marketplace dynamics

• Experience in shaping company culture through mentoring or volunteering
• Ability to demonstrate a company ownership mindset by thinking beyond personal boundaries
• Prior experience with change management concepts and practices
• Willingness to travel for meetings and relationship-building opportunities
• Familiarity with wildfire risk scoring and mitigation strategies
