Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a meticulous and proactive Remote Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Germany. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about regulatory compliance, risk management, and maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity. The Compliance Administrator will ensure that all internal processes, policies, and procedures align with local and international regulatory requirements, safeguarding the companys reputation and minimizing legal and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements across all company operations.

  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps or vulnerabilities.

  • Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with German and EU regulations.

  • Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections, audits, and reporting obligations.

  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance standards and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure consistent compliance across business operations.

  • Investigate compliance issues and elevate potential violations to senior management.

  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the companys operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of German regulatory and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and other EU regulations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in compliance software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex compliance concepts clearly.

Experience
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory administration roles.

  • Experience working remotely and managing compliance processes independently is highly desirable.

  • Previous exposure to multinational company operations and international regulations is a plus.

Working Hours
  • Full‑time, remote position based in Germany.

  • Flexible working hours aligned with German standard business hours.

  • Occasional participation in cross‑timezone meetings may be required.
