IBMC is assisting a fast-growing international Marketing Agency in hiring a high-energy and strategic Account & Success Manager
. Our client specializes in delivering high-impact marketing and PR solutions for global firms, particularly within the fintech and technology sectors. They pride themselves on execution excellence and long-term client retention.
The Account & Success Manager will serve as the primary bridge between our client’s partners and the internal delivery teams. Your mission is to ensure that every client achieves their business goals through our services, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and identifying opportunities for account growth. This is a high-ownership role that requires a blend of project management, relationship building, and strategic consulting.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of international clients, building deep relationships based on trust and results.
Success Strategy: Develop and execute "Success Plans" for each client, ensuring our marketing deliverables align with their long-term business objectives.
Onboarding & Handover: Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales stage to active service delivery.
Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor client health scores, manage contract renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with PR, content, and media teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and exceed quality standards.
Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance data and strategic recommendations.
Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues quickly and maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations within a Marketing or PR Agency
.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, PR execution, and high-level marketing strategy. Experience in Fintech or B2B Tech is a major plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a "client-first" mindset.
