What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth across multiple products and distribution channels for California Auto
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure effective planning and execution of rate actions and product enhancements
  • Develop product specifics and lead initiatives critical to the success of the business, covering design, pricing, and operational planning
  • Maintain market-specific competitive intelligence and trend analyses to inform product strategy
  • Supervise product performance and oversee all aspects of product development and delivery for assigned markets
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
  • Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing or product strategy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, including products and marketplace dynamics

  • Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
  • Demonstrated ability to respect and communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds
