• Bachelor's degree in a related area (finance, marketing, business, or a related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions (e.g., pricing, product strategy)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In-depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
• Demonstrated commitment to company culture and mentoring
• Experience working collaboratively across various teams and functions

• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related activities
