Role SummaryAs a BOA, you’ll be a vital part of our client support team. Your responsibilities include maintaining client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.

- Assist in annual business planning and strategy development.
- Listen for opportunities to recommend additional services to clients.
- Plan and execute marketing events and activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support account opening, transfers, and other transactions under advisor direction.
- Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, and marketing initiatives.
- Update SOPs and implement branch business plans.
- Use technology tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Hiring minimum: $26.10 per hour
Hiring maximum: $28.26 per hour
