Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
As a BOA, you will provide seamless support to client accounts, facilitate communication, and contribute to a positive client experience. This role offers a dynamic environment to grow your career.

CompensationHiring minimum: $22.50 per hour
Hiring maximum: $24.36 per hour
