Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000

We serve facility directors, operators, and frontline teams who need real-time clarity and efficiency across their buildings and assets. As we scale, we’re expanding our Product Development Team with a strategic, experienced Senior Product Manager who will identify and develop new capabilities, and new business models through integrations and partnerships with relevant players.
The incumbent collaborates with both internal business stakeholders and potential partners to identify, design, and execute opportunities through proofs-of-value, co-development, and incubation.

Role OverviewAs Senior Product Manager, Partnerships & Integrations, you will define and execute the strategy that expands our platform beyond its core capabilities. This is a new function and role within our Product organization and reports directly to the VP of Product Product Management.
You will own how we identify, evaluate, and deliver integrations, partnerships, and—where appropriate—acquisitions that unlock new customer value, accelerate growth, and strengthen our ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform development, partnerships, and go-to-market execution, and requires comfort operating in ambiguity with significant autonomy.
You Will Own Define the Partner & Integration Strategy- Define and execute a roadmap that strengthens our ecosystem through high-impact integrations and partnerships.
- Identify partner opportunities aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clear build vs. partner vs. acquire decision framework to guide strategic choices.
- Evaluate potential partners and acquisition targets from a product, technical, and customer-value perspective, in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Translate partner capabilities into clear product requirements, user journeys, API needs, and success criteria.
- Design scalable, repeatable integration patterns and platform capabilities that avoid one-off solutions.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, extensible, and deliver measurable customer value.
- Act as the central point of connection between partners, engineering, product, design, sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Influence and align stakeholders across technical, commercial, and strategic domains—internally and externally.
- Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across all stages of integration development.
- Own discovery, scoping, prioritization, development, launch, iteration, and—when necessary—sun setting of integrations.
- Define and track success metrics including adoption, usage, customer impact, and business influence.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine integration and ecosystem strategy.
- Identify partnerships where deep technical integration is not required but joint GTM, sales alignment, or workflow interoperability creates meaningful value.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to define positioning, enablement, and joint customer narratives.
