As a Professional Life Coach
, you’ll work independently, leading journeys that spark transformation, while also benefiting from the resources, mentorship, and support of a global team. • Coach and mentor clients to achieve personal, professional, and business transformation.
• Leverage digital platforms to expand your client base (training and systems provided).
• Interview and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our programs and set them up for success.
• Coach and support clients as they integrate personal development tools into their daily lives.
• Accompany clients set clear goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
• Draw from your personal growth journey to deepen connection and inspire breakthroughs.
• Collaborate with a global coaching team while maintaining autonomy in your practice.
• Contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented community where knowledge and insights are shared.

• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience (life transformation, leadership, or personal development coaching preferred).
• Strong facilitation, listening, and questioning skills to empower client breakthroughs.
• Experience guiding clients through goal‑setting, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of personal development principles and transformational methodologies.

• Deep commitment to your own growth and self‑awareness.
• Authentic and able to build strong relationships.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Open to collaboration and knowledge‑sharing within a global team.
• Solution‑focused, resilient, and inspired by helping others succeed.

• ICF Coaching certification or another international known certification body or relevant business/leadership experience.
• A laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to work sccuesfully autonomus.
• Eligibility to work in the country of residence.
