• Develop and implement product plans for California's property insurance market, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align wildfire mitigation programs with operational scalability
• Engage in public forums and trade associations to promote property insurance availability and affordability
• Supervise product performance, including retention and quality of business, while reviewing claims trends
• Drive strategy for California Property, including rate actions and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in personal lines P&C insurance
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and competitive landscape

• Experience in shaping company culture through mentoring, volunteering, or cross-functional projects
• Proven track record of influencing senior-level internal and external parties
• Ability to think beyond immediate responsibilities and contribute to broader company goals
• Familiarity with change management concepts and practices
