• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Experience in state product management, product strategy, or related analytical roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with presentation experience for various stakeholders
• In‑depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring or community engagement
• Strong consultative leadership orientation with advanced negotiation skills
• Experience influencing strategic initiatives at senior levels within an organization
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings and relationship‑building opportunities
