We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Creator Relations to guide and grow our Creator Relations team. This leader will be responsible for driving new creator and partner onboarding, ensuring our platform continues to expand with high-quality store sign-ups. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coaching and strategy, and has a passion for building strong relationships with creators, agencies, and studio partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, coach, and develop the Creator Relations team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance reviews;

Drive the team to achieve new store sign-up targets, ensuring both individual and team goals are met;

Identify and engage new creators, agencies, and studio partners that align with our platform’s growth objectives;

Drive team strategy, performance goals, and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner closely with internal teams (Concierge, Creator Success, Product, Compliance, Support);

Track team performance and provide regular updates to leadership;

Ensure the team is aligned on product updates, policies, tools, and incentives;

Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall creator experience;

Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to identify new creators and nurture interest in the platform. Follow up post-event to drive onboarding and activation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience leading teams in account management, operations, or client services;

Strong track record of driving results, particularly in acquisitions;

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills;

Self-starter with the ability to propose, launch, and track innovative prospecting methods;

Fluent in written and spoken English;

Ability to travel and attend events as needed, including occasional evening or weekend work.
