As a Professional Services Advisor you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring they receive high-quality professional services tailored to their business needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate solutions, and optimize processes and platform utilization to maximize the value of our services.

Target Base Salary Range$90,000–$93,500 annual base salary
Target On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range$100,000–$112,000 annual OTE target
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions to assess unique customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Partner with customers to design, implement and optimize customized Churn Zero configurations that align with their business objectives.
- Generate customized, on-demand reports to provide actionable insights from Churn Zero data.
- Develop clear documentation, templates, and guides to support customer self-sufficiency with configurations delivered.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Create and maintain project plans, tracking progress and providing regular stakeholder updates.
- Design scalable configuration frameworks that can be applied across multiple customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success and product alignment.
- Participate in customer Executive Business Reviews with CSMs, demonstrating the value of Professional Services and how it contributes to the customer’s overall success with Churn Zero.
- Track and log time spent on projects and proactively discuss Professional Services consumption reports with customers to ensure alignment on usage and value.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Professional Services, consulting, or solution architecture within a SaaS or technology company.
- Advanced technical proficiency with Churn Zero and strong knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to think critically and strategically to identify opportunities to optimize customer Churn Zero systems
- Ability to use time productively and efficiently using the tools and resources available
- Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver
- Ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of large accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
