• As a Commodity Manager, you will own the strategic direction of multiple categories, developing and executing plans that deliver cost savings, mitigate risk, and enhance supplier performance. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage high‑level supplier relationships.

• Strategic Commodity Ownership: Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives and deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and innovation. Aligning strategies with new build colleagues in Pilzen, Czechia.
• Supplier Management: Identify, select, and manage key suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with performance, compliance, and sustainability goals.
• Contracting & Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and manage the full contracting lifecycle, ensuring optimal commercial terms and risk mitigation.

  Engage with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, influence decision‑making, and ensure category strategies support broader business needs.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers to assess performance, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Escalation Point: Act as the first line of escalation for supplier performance issues, delivery risks, and internal stakeholder concerns within assigned categories.
• Leadership Contribution: Participate in Procurement Senior Management Team meetings, contributing to strategic planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform sourcing decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data‑driven insights to track category performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and report on key metrics.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

• Bachelor's degree; MCIPS preferred.
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Travel both domestically and internationally will be required.
