• Execute on global expansion strategies across operations and new markets.
• Build and scale the global brokerage network, identifying key partners.
• Optimize carrier relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective infrastructure.
• Enable benefit managers to efficiently manage providers and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales and CSM teams to develop process materials for quoting benefits.
• Overhaul customer support journeys for a seamless user experience.
• Analyze large data sets to improve benefit margins and worker retention.
• Transform operational issues into automated features for enhanced platform functionality.

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Startup, Business Operations, Consulting preferred).
• Sales operations experience is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of benefits processes expansion is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Jira, and Looker.
• Track record of rapid promotion or high-stakes achievements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to break complex problems into actionable steps.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
