Customer Reliability Engineer - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a proactive and partnership-driven approach to reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction for strategically important clients. You will work closely with our most valuable users, guiding them through the entire customer journey.

Your contributions will significantly shape the customer experience and drive positive outcomes through collaboration with engineering and support teams.

• Apply SRE principles to Customer Success and enable monitoring for key customers.
• Detect and prioritize critical issues affecting the platform's reliability.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements that enhance platform performance.
• Collaborate with customers to utilize features and optimize their experience.
• Handle complex technical cases arising from customer inquiries with thorough solutions.

• 6+ years of experience in Database Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong background in relational databases, particularly Postgre
  
  SQL or MySQL.
• Experience in web application development with knowledge of Python, Typescript, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with project management tools and cross-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-facing engagements.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
