Sun & Story Travel DMC is a destination management and travel company that offers travel services, luxury hotel accommodations, transportation, and private event organizations across Istanbul, Bodrum, and the Mediterranean/Aegean region.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as an Operations Executive based in Istanbul, with the possibility of some work from home. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations and concierge services, analyzing data, and maintaining effective communication within the organization, providers and the clients.
Qualifications- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in English and Turkish
- Proficiency in Russian is a big plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Tourism Industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
