How you succeed- Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs preferred.

- Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions to support the companies' growth.
- Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
- Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
- You will work with stakeholders to ensure that new business loans onboarded are of good quality.
- You will facilitate the loan application for customer and ensure that they has the best experience right from the start.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a business banking or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of financial products and services.
- Results-driven, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
