The OpportunityWe’re seeking a proactive and commercially astute Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our partner ecosystem, and unlock new strategic opportunities across diverse sectors. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with proven industry experience, strong relationship skills and a passion for creative, creator-driven business models.
What You’ll Do- Lead business development efforts to identify, pursue and close new revenue opportunities with brands, agencies and commercial partners.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic growth objectives.
- Develop compelling commercial propositions, pitches and partnership structures tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (strategy, talent, creative) to align offerings with market demand.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities to inform commercial strategy.
- Experience (typically 4–7+ years) in business development, sales or commercial strategy within creative, agency, digital, marketing or entertainment environments.
- Excellent communicator with a consultative sales approach and relationship‑building ethos.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving business.
